continued his training in Delhi from Shri Raghunath Prasanna and Shri Ravi Shankar
Prasanna. Anurag has performed with many legends like Gulma Ali, Abeeda Parween,
Wadekar, etc.

2. Rasika Shekar - Rasika is not only a flutist but also a melodious vocalist. She is proficient
in Carnatic music and known as the most talented vocalist and flute player in Mumbai.
She uses a combination of Hindustani and Carnatic music with the touch of gazal in her
performance. Rasika’s journey accompanied Ustad Gulam Ali Khan as a vocalist for his
US tour. She has given her voice in many songs of Bollywood films like- ‘Hulla Re’’ in
the film ‘2 States’, ‘Daiyya Maiyya’ in the film ‘Kill Dill’ and ‘Sau Aansoon Roye’ in ‘Katti
Batti’. Her voice and flute skills make the audience astonish.

3. Flute Jayant - Jayant is a professional flutist player in Chennai. He learned flute from his
grandfather who is also a great flutist. He gave his first solo performance at the age of 7.
Jayant is awarded an ‘A’ grade by ‘All India Radio’, Chennai in 2013. He has performed
in more than 900 flute concerts in India and abroad. Many great musicians like- Sri TK
Murthy, Sri S Varadarajan, Sri Vittal Ramamurthy and may more appreciated him for his
performance. He has got many awards such as Yuva Kala Bharti, Best Instrumentalist
award from Madras Academy, Carnatic idol of the year in 2007, etc.

4. Shriharsha Ramkumar - Shriharsha started to learn flute at the age of 10 from his father,
Sri KS Ramkumar who himself a South Indian Carnatic Mridangam artist. This flutist player in Bangalore recorded for the movie ‘Nam Life Story’ and two US-based documentary
movie based on Indian classical dance forms. Some of his renowned performances are-
● In Meenakshi Temple, Houston.
● Karya Sidhhi Hanuman Temple in Frisco.
● The Cultural Theatre of Mall of Emirates in Dubai.

5. Rajendra Teredesai - Rajendra is an amazing flutist player in Pune who started learning flute at
the age of 12 from his mother and local music artist. He gave his first performance in
1989 in Mumbai. After that, he performed at various music festivals. Some of his
appreciated performances are-
● Swami Haridas Sangeet Sammelan.
● Goa Kala Academy.
● Sangeet Kala Mahotsav, etc.
