His Early Life:
Anchor/Emcee – Aalok Sood was born on 8th October in the year 1961 in a small town Morinda, Punjab which is very close to Chandigarh. His best memory of childhood is when he was studying in a primary school in Panchpadi, a small hill station in Madhya Pradesh. He did his high schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ambala Cant & most influential person in childhood was his mother, she was the strength for him when he was completing his schooling & completed his graduation from Punjab University, Chandigarh as he has done double bachelors & masters (Btech, Bsc Honors, Mtech & MBA) & a holder of Diploma in Senior Defense Management. The best college memory of his when he was playing for the cricket team of University along with the legends of Cricket Kapil Dev & Yograj Singh who is the father of former Indian Cricketer Yuvraj Singh.
His Professional Life:
At the age of 22, He joined the Indian army as his father was an army officer so he decided to step in the shoes of father’s success & the biggest influencer of his career was the commanding officers who motivated him to become a reputed officer & also have so much pride to be a firework inspector. He is blessed with two children, one daughter who is married to an Army officer & son who is settled in the United States Of America. Aalok does not have an interest in Indian Politics but he is a huge follower of our Honorable Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi for his unique approach.
Apart from his army career, he always wanted to be a motivational speaker to help the people so that they can achieve something big in their career & has been performing all over the world. He is proud of the following discipline & dedicated approach, also the self-development aspects which he has been able to spread around the people.
His favorite venues where he has motivated thousands of people are Coimbatore, Ooty, Bali & Qatar. Aalok is able to interact with people in different languages English, Hindi with Urdu & Punjabi, a level four directive communication DC Psychology International certified Human Trainer as the trainer center is authorized by the American Institute Of Business Psychology. He is also a master international DC Trainer & completed a run of eight-ten days, Train the Trainer Programmes which were six in India & one in Bali – Indonesia & one in Cairo – Egypt.
Apart from Motivational Speaker, Aalok is a skillful writer as his article was mentioned in the Africa Magazine of Lusaka, Zambia on Training & HR Development & also has been assembled a column in Canada’s BI- Weekly Newspaper.
He is inspired by Robert Frost who was a renowned American poet who wrote in the twentieth-century about the settings from rural life in New England.
