Tricks
to capture the perfect photograph
When
the time starts to descend, everything starts to wither, trees have
shed their leaves and the humans have wrinkles on their feet. An old photograph will be the only thing that will make you smile and will
make you reminisce of the good old times……
For
a long time photographs have been a very important part of our lives.
Starting from the dawn till the dusk we try to capture each and every
moment of our life that we cherish. With the changing time, the
methods of photography have also changed and evolved. It used to take
days to get the final print of the photograph that was clicked weeks
ago. But now with, smartphones in our hands everything has become
instant. You click a photograph and can directly share it on
Instagram, Facebook or Snapchat. But the photographs clicked by a
professional photographer by his/her SLR or DSLR cannot be replaced
by any of the smartphones available in the market. In terms of
clarity and quality, a digital camera is and will always be the
best.
In
the era of smartphones, if you are someone that still prefers to
Click pictures in the traditional way then these six tricks will help
you to capture the perfect photograph.
- Theory is also important: to be a perfect photographer you need to learn the basics too. It is not like you just buy a camera and start clicking pictures. First, learn the theory, learn how a camera functions, what is ISO, shutter speed and all other details. You must have the basic knowledge to be a professional photographer.
- The automatic mode: being a new photographer you do not have much experience in handling the camera settings but you can still get a pretty good picture by using the automatic mode. This mode sets the camera settings automatically so you need not worry. You can focus on other skills by automating the su forgetting that you can.
- Learn from the experience: start visiting an art gallery, watch the work of other photographers, and search online. Carefully notice their pattern of work and pick the points that you like from experienced photographers.
- Rule of the thirds: the rule of the thirds is not some compulsory rule that you must follow every time. It just means to break down a shot into nine equal rectangles and placing the subject onto one of the intersections for a natural look.
- Prime lens: when in the starting stage prefer using a prime or a fixed lens because it will help you to push your limits. By using a prime lens you will have to move closer to the subject and you might get a different and more creative perspective.
- Shoot in the golden hour: light is what dictates the shape, texture, contrast, and shadows in your image. The golden hour is about an hour before the sunset or one hour after the sunrise. It helps you to get the details in the shadows which you cannot get in the strong daylight. You can use the golden hour tool to calculate the golden hour according to your location.
